What are the venue rates and what is included in my rental?

How do I reserve a date?

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement and 50% reservation deposit are required to reserve a date for full-day Saturday rentals. Deposit goes towards cost of rental. Payment is due in full 30 days prior to event.

Sunday-Friday hourly rental payments are due in full at time of reservation.

Do you have preferred vendors?

No, but we can provide a list of recommended vendors as a convenience yet encourage you to review all options and make your own choice. Outside vendors must be licensed and insured.

Can I self-cater my event?

Yes, however, use of the stove, oven, or warmers is prohibited. Open flame food warmers are not permitted. Any food warmers used must be of the electric variety. You will have access to microwave, ice machine, refrigerator, and freezer. You may not bring any of your own cooking equipment.

Do you require event security?

This will depend on the details of your event and is at the discretion of BBG. Security fee is a separate payment from rental fee. Rates and number of officers required for your event are set by Beaumont Police Department.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Yes. Alcohol can be served on the premises ONLY by a TABC licensed bartender. 

In addition, an active, licensed security officer is required for all events serving alcohol.

Insurance

All events serving alcohol and events with 100 or more guests must submit a General Liability insurance policy for the full duration of the rental period. Events with alcohol must include Liquor Liability.

All caterers must submit proof of insurance.

When will I have access to the facility?

All set up, event activities, and tear down must take place within the rental period. 

After Hours: All facilities shall be charged $200 per hour before 9am and after 12am on Saturdays -or- before 9am and after 10pm Sunday-Friday.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

What if I am looking to book a Saturday, but do not require the space for the entire day?

If we have an available Saturday less than two months away, we will open it up to the hourly pricing with a four (4) hour minimum. If we are more than two months away, we will only offer the full day rate.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Hourly rentals will not be refunded if cancelled within 30 days of the event. Saturday rentals will not be refunded if cancelled within 90 days of the event.
